There is no shortage of love layered into the bathrooms of this project and the master bath is definitely one of them which fills our hearts with joy! Big design moments packed into each small space for a wow-factor moment that forces you to stop and reset 💥

There are so many details in this sweet bathroom.

The open shelf at the base of the vanity, that herringbone pattern in simple subway tiles juxtaposed against the gorgeous black and white pattern tile on the floor, the long tall mirror complimenting the length of the wall sconces on each side and we can't leave out that pop of colour for the custom cabinetry with mixed hardware as an extra little detail!

Home office setup (for her) tucked into the master 💫

Simple palette of soft white and wood tones paired with blue and mustard. Bringing in those bolder colours in smaller doses worked to tie everything together in a cohesive palette.

Our clients wanted to reuse their older desk in this space. So we came up with a solution to take the legs off from the original table and make a floating desk! I like how it seamlessly bends in 🤍

We are so excited to share this before and after transformation of the most utilitarian spaces in this home!

Let's take a closer look through this space:
Adjoining the kitchen/utility, this home had a maid's room + bathroom with access to the back door of the home.
▪︎We did a full gut remodel to transform the bathroom into a super functional laundry room with stacked washer and dryer and cabinetry all around with ofcourse, a ventilated broom closet 😉 (swipe to open and take a look inside)
▪︎The attached maid's room was converted into a linen closet storage area with floor to ceiling cabinetry + a countertop space to fold or press the laundry with a laundry sorting hamper that rolls out from the bottom + some open shelves to add character and jars to hold detergent, ,etc.

So before we head to more utilitarian spaces in this home, let's take a breather and cozy up with a good book and some coffee in this living room 🌟

Our clients were keen on not having a TV in the living, giving us the perfect opportunity to design a custom built-in horizontal bookcase as a showpiece for beautiful things (art, books and accessories). I am glad we sampled several different blues to pick this perfectly saturated yet moody shade that brings out the color of the Van Gogh's starry night in the corner (a beloved piece that our clients owned and wanted to display) 💙

BEFORE and AFTER shots | Breeze Home's Kitchen 💫

This galley kitchen needed a total overhaul from where we started. Without making any civil changes, we managed to add lot more function to the flow of the space by taking down the door that separated the utility from the kitchen and replacing the window to allow more light in the space.

Our goal was to use the utility wall as a focal point of this galley kitchen and use this opportunity to dress it up with art, accessories and pretty utilitarian pieces using open shelves.
